The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives, system enhancements, upgrades, and business-as-usual technology projects within our Digital & Information Group.
The position
You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality, while effectively engaging stakeholders and leading project teams through all stages of the project lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology and digital projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to achieve project outcomes.
- Support and facilitate high-performing project teams.
- Drive effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with organisational governance, SDLC standards, and project delivery frameworks.
- Contribute to successful organisational change and adoption
This is a full-time, three-year fixed-term position.
About you
You are an experienced project professional who combines strong delivery capability with excellent people and stakeholder management skills. You are adaptable, collaborative, and able to lead confidently through complexity and change. You will be able to lead with empathy and professionalism, communicating effectively and influencing positive outcomes.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated project management experience delivering technology-related projects.
- Experience working across business, technology, and data streams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience managing projects through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent project management certification.
- Strong understanding of IT project delivery principles.
- Experience with Atlassian tools and/or ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Understanding of cloud-based technology environments.
- Knowledge of cyber security considerations within project environments

Project Manager (Program Manager) - D&IG - PD
The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $120,369 (plus superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
