The opportunity
Are you passionate about helping people learn, adapt and succeed through change? We're looking for a collaborative and analytical Training Analyst to support the design, development and delivery of learning solutions that enable the successful adoption of innovative technologies, systems and business processes.

The position
Working closely with the Learning and Capability Lead, Change Leads, Project Teams and Subject Matter Experts, you will analyse training needs, develop engaging learning resources, coordinate training activities, and evaluate learning outcomes to support business transformation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis through stakeholder engagement and data gathering.
  • Identify learning requirements and capability gaps relating to new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Design and develop learning experiences including eLearning modules and pathways, facilitator guides, quick reference materials, and job aids.
  • Support, coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learner support activities.
  • Collaborate with project and change teams to align learning initiatives with implementation plans.
  • Monitor learning adoption, collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Analyse training data and provide insights and recommendations to improve learning outcomes and organisational capability.
  • Support the management of learning systems and logistics

This will be full-time, 2-year fixed-term role.

About you
You will bring experience in training analysis, learning design, development, and delivery, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends. You'll have experience creating learning materials, process documentation and training resources, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A collaborative, adaptable and customer-focused approach is essential, and experience supporting digital adoption, learning technologies or change initiatives will be highly regarded.

Special requirements/Conditions

  • Qualification or demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or a related discipline
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
  • Occasional travel and training delivery outside standard business hours may be required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Insurance schemes will be highly regarded

The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $101,481 (plus superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
