The opportunity
This is a high-impact HR Business Partner role supporting our Digital & Information Group, a business area at the forefront of transformation and change.
You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities, strengthening capability, and navigating complex workforce challenges.
Working within a collaborative People, Capability & Culture team, and fully supported by a dedicated People Advisor and a team of people coordinators, you’ll help deliver integrated, practical and forward-thinking people solutions.
The position
In this full-time ongoing role, you will:
- Coach and support leaders on performance, capability and employee relations
- Partner with stakeholders to design and review roles and organisational structures
- Provide expert advice on industrial relations, legislation, awards, agreements and public sector and regulations relevant to ReturnToWorkSA
- Support workforce planning, organisational design and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to policy, governance and continuous improvement activities
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and manage workforce risks
Remuneration
The base salary range for this position is $120,369 to $ 132,302 per annum (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.

About you
You are a credible HR Business Partner who brings:
- Strong experience in industrial and employee relations as well as case management
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, awards and enterprise agreements
- Experience working in complex environments (public sector or similar desirable)
- Demonstrated Capability in workforce planning, organisational design or change
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence and build trust
- Relevant tertiary qualification
You combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, and bring sound judgement, professionalism and discretion to your work.
