The position 
We’re looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Business Partner to help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring digital initiatives are aligned with organisational priorities and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes. 

You’ll contribute to shaping strategic portfolio plans, strengthening engagement across teams, and translating diverse business needs into impactful digital solutions. With a strong focus on service, inclusion, and innovation, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the department to understand requirements, co-design solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

This role is a full-time fixed-term position for 12 months position (with the possibility of extension), reporting to the Manager Digital Product Delivery.  

About you 
You’re a trusted and capable professional with a strong background in information technology and a passion for delivering meaningful, people-focused solutions. You bring excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust. 

You hold a tertiary qualification in either technology, business administration, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience driving technology initiatives. You’re confident in challenging assumptions, managing projects, and navigating complex schedules to deliver outcomes that matter. 

About ReturnToWorkSA 
At ReturnToWorkSA, our purpose is to empower and support South Australians impacted by work injury. Our services and those delivered by our claims agents are designed to provide early intervention support to workers and employers following a work injury to ensure the worker can recover and return to work as quickly as possible. We manage the collection of premium payments from registered employers and our invested funds to ensure we maintain a viable financial position that enables the delivery of quality support and services to injured workers. 

In addition, we are the regulator of the Return to Work scheme and play the key role of protecting the integrity and fairness of the Scheme by monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Act and providing education and support about the health benefits of work.

The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $120,369 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
