The opportunity

As a Business Analyst within our Insurance group, you will play a key role in supporting projects, programs and driving meaningful improvements across claims operations.

The position

As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with operational teams, Claims Agents, and project stakeholders to analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful implementation of new systems and ways of working. Your insights will help shape operational efficiency, customer experience, and Scheme performance.

You will:

  • Use your claims expertise to analyse and improve key operational processes.
  • Work with internal teams and Claims Agents to understand workflows and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Support the prioritisation and communication of insurance change requests with our IT business partner.
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to capture operational insights.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and the rollout of new system features.
  • Contribute to process mapping, improvement initiatives, and a continuous improvement culture across the Insurance group.

This is a fixed-term position for 2 years.

  • Experience working in complex operational environments with multiple stakeholders.

•   Strong business analysis capability, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow analysis.

•   Ability to interpret data and analytics to identify insights and recommend improvements.

•   Confident facilitation skills across workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs.

The remuneration (excluding superannuation) for this position is starting from $120,369.00.

The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
