The opportunity
ReturnToWorkSA is looking for a collaborative and highly organised People Coordinator to join our People Capability & Culture team. The position
As a People Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of our People & Culture activities. This includes providing high‑quality coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, organisational development initiatives, and our learning, wellbeing and inclusion programs.

You will also be responsible for practical coordination activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions, and supporting the administration of training and development programs aligned to our Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development priorities. Your work will help ensure our people initiatives are well organised, well communicated and delivered effectively.

This is a full-time, fixed term position for 16 months. 

About you
You are proactive, detail‑oriented and enjoy working in a role that brings structure, momentum and follow‑through. You may have experience coordinating meetings, managing agendas and minutes, supporting training programs, or providing high‑level administrative support in a people‑focused environment.

With strong organisational and communication skills, you build positive working relationships and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Most importantly, you are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to inclusive, meaningful people initiatives that support and engage employees.

ReturnToWorkSA is a statutory authority that regulates South Australia’s work injury insurance scheme and provides insurance that protects workers and employers in the event of a work injury. This insurance covers workers for a range of financial supports, and the provision of recovery and return to work services; or where return to work is not possible, to maximise a worker’s level of function and community participation. We assist employers to respond effectively when work injury does occur, and to understand how to reduce the economic impact through prevention and supporting early and safe return to work.

The total remuneration package for this position starts from $69,142 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
