The opportunity
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to join our Technology Systems and Services team. This role is pivotal in delivering advanced business intelligence capabilities and analytical reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational activities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence and analytics solutions, including dashboards and self-service tools.
  • Ensure best practice techniques across data warehouse and reporting landscapes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver intuitive, fit-for-purpose insights.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Support architectural initiatives and contribute to future digital transformation projects.
  • Provide incident management and continuous improvement for data warehouse and reporting systems.

This role will be a full-time ongoing opportunity.

About you
You are a proactive and analytical professional with:

  • Three years’ experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions using tools such as Microsoft SSIS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar and experience working in a Snowflake and Python cloud-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, data modelling, and cloud-based concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a disciplined team environment and use your knowledge to contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, servicing our customers and leveraging emerging technologies

Special requirements/Conditions

The remuneration package for this position is starting at $120,000 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
