About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in deploying technology solutions and driving process improvements across the organisation. You’ll partner with business and technical experts to analyse initiatives, elicit requirements, and deliver solutions that meet organisational objectives and risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business initiatives and develop suitable technology solutions
  • Elicit and document requirements for new and existing systems
  • Facilitate business change and ensure successful adoption of solutions
  • Provide advice and coaching to stakeholders on technology and business solutions
  • Improve processes, work instructions, and monitor effectiveness
  • Liaise with vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements


This role will be a full-time ongoing opportunity.

About You

You’ll bring:

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in business analysis within large corporate ICT environments
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service and change management processes
  • Expertise in business process re-engineering, workflow analysis, and data modelling
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with external service providers

The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $120,000 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
