The opportunity
This role is core to ensuring the success of the Return to Work scheme and in South Australia. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment where you will apply your existing collections skills, to support the business optimise the collection of employer premiums.

The position
You will work closely with our customers to drive the collection of unpaid premiums, using a targeted outbound approach. This role ensures that all pre-legal opportunities to collect premiums have been exhausted before payment is pursued under legal action. Ensuring employers comply with registration and premium requirements is a key function of this role.

This role will be a full-time ongoing position.

About you
You possess exceptional verbal communication skills and can build trusting relationships with our customers. You understand that settling debt without the need to resort to legal action is a ‘win/ win’ for the organisation and for our customers. You will have experience in debt collection, and exposure to the insurance industry would be viewed advantageously. Key to success will be your tenacity and resilience. You are team player, who demonstrates high levels of empathy and is customer focussed. A qualification in a financial discipline, underwriting, or insurance would be advantageous but not essential.

The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $81,299 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
