The Opportunity
This unique opportunity will drive transformative initiatives and business improvement projects by applying a structured change management approach. This role contributes to the success of the Return to Work Scheme, by overseeing key strategic projects, and to implement operational process improvements to fully achieve Scheme objectives.

The Position
The role requires collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups to accomplish scheme objectives by:
• Leading operational and strategic projects, applying a structured change management approach
• Identifying crucial insurance performance risks, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing mitigating measures.
• Supporting business improvement initiatives by utilising internal project and change management tools and approaches.
• Liaise with key stakeholders, form key partnerships to deliver on business objectives
• Lead project improvement initiatives to deliver significant improvements in identified functions.
• Support end to end change management activities and approaches within designated projects, embedding change management     methodology and ensuring a structured change management approach

This role will be a full-time fixed term contract for two years.

About You
Our ideal candidate will hold strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, along with experience in working within complex technical environments and overseeing successful change programs from initiation to optimisation.
This role would suit an individual with prior change experience wanting to further develop their project management skills. They should demonstrate expertise in analysing business performance, applying project governance and program management principles and effectively applying risk management principles. Proficiency in various change management methodologies, principles, techniques, and tools is also highly valued.

Special Requirements / Conditions
• Relevant qualifications in Business, Change Management, Project Management or similar (desirable)

The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $107,842 (exclusive of superannuation).
