The position
As a People Coordinator, you’ll support a wide range of activities across our People, Capability & Culture functions — from employee lifecycle processes and organisational development initiatives, to learning, wellbeing and inclusion programs. You’ll also provide important coordination and administrative support that ensures our people initiatives run smoothly.
This is a full-time, ongoing position.

You are proactive, detail-oriented and enjoy building positive working relationships. With strong organisational and communication skills, you thrive in a role where no two days are the same. ReturnToWorkSA Profile
ReturnToWorkSA is a statutory authority that regulates South Australia’s work injury insurance scheme and provides insurance that protects workers and employers in the event of a work injury. This insurance covers workers for a range of financial supports, and the provision of recovery and return to work services; or where return to work is not possible, to maximise a worker’s level of function and community participation. We assist employers to respond effectively when work injury does occur, and to understand how to reduce the economic impact through prevention and supporting early and safe return to work.

The total remuneration package for this position starts from $69,142 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences
