This is a unique opportunity to join ReturnToWorkSA as the Manager Organisational Development and Capability. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of experienced talent and organisational development consultants to design and implement people solutions that enhance leadership, drive cultural transformation, and improve employee performance. You will also play a pivotal role in managing systems and reporting function within the People, Capability and Culture (PC&C) team, while ensuring the successful delivery of the Safety and Wellbeing Strategy.
The position
As the Manager Organisational Development and Capability, you will play a key role in leading organisational wide initiatives that strengthen culture, drive capability uplift and enhance leadership effectiveness. This role plays a key part in aligning our HR and WHS policies and people development with business strategy, ensuring our workforce is agile and skilled. Your leadership will be key in embedding a ‘flow to work’ model, encouraging cross-functional collaboration to proactively address business related people challenges and workforce needs. An additional focus will be leveraging data, metrics, and research to drive evidence-based people solutions and embedding the optimal use of current technology while simultaneously exploring the future of technology enabled HR service delivery.
This role will be a full-time fixed term contract for 3 years.
What you bring
- Known for leading high performing multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong background in organisational development, performance, talent management, capability or learning and development roles
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and implement strategic projects and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of employment and Work Health Safety legislation
- Experience in organisational design principles, job design and workforce planning methodologies
- Skilled in interpreting workforce analytics and data, engagement and culture survey information to drive effective organisational development strategies.

The salary range for this position is aligned with the Mercer CED Job Evaluation framework. The final offer will be commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.
