We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced people-leader to join us as the Manager HR Business Partnering at ReturnToWorkSA. In this unique leadership role, you will have the chance to influence real organisational change by partnering with senior leaders and driving proactive people solutions. You will manage and provide your team of HR Business Partners with the tools, resources, and support needed to deliver strategic, consultative advice and service delivery. By aligning People, Capability and Culture (PC&C) initiatives with the organisation’s priorities, you’ll contribute to Scheme outcomes and manage the industrial and employee relations landscape.
The position
As the Manager HR Business Partnering, you will lead and guide a dedicated HR Business Partnering team in the “flow to work” approach to implement strategic HR initiatives that drive organisational effectiveness, talent development and employee engagement. You will be responsible for implementing consistent HR frameworks and processes within designated business groups, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment. A key aspect of your role will involve managing high-risk employee and industrial relations issues and working closely with HR Business Partners to mitigate risks and ensure effective resolution while coaching managers. Additionally, you will lead enterprise agreement negotiations.
This role will be a full-time fixed term contract for 3 years.
What you bring
- Substantial HR experience, including in a business partnering or HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practice, employment law and organisational development practices and principles with sound decision making skills
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex business challenges
- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
- Proven track record of managing and mitigating complex industrial and employee relations issues including workplace investigations and enterprise agreement negotiations

The salary range for this position is aligned with the Mercer CED Job Evaluation framework. The final offer will be commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.
