The position
The Test Analysts will be responsible for delivering risk-based testing services, ensuring thorough application and infrastructure testing, and supporting both Systems Integration and Regression testing. They will also manage User Acceptance testing, ensure test scripts meet quality and time expectations, report defects, and contribute to second-level production support while striving for zero defects in production and maintaining full test traceability.
Additionally, the role involves providing expert advice on testing processes, ensuring compliance with the Systems Development Life Cycle, and maintaining documentation. The Tester will contribute to continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to testing methods, tools, and processes, creating reusable test scripts, and promoting the effective use of version-controlled test repositories.
This role will be a full-time fixed term contract for 2 years.
About you
You hold an ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing (or equivalent certification) and a relevant tertiary qualification and are an experienced software tester with a proven track record in applying a risk-based testing approach to ensure high-quality software delivery. With a solid understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT Service Delivery frameworks like ITIL, you bring a comprehensive approach to testing across various development stages.
You are also proficient in tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA, with a keen attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are committed to delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality testing services, continuously striving to improve processes and contribute effectively to any team.

The total remuneration package for this position aligns with Job Grade 3 of our Enterprise Agreement ranging from $81,299 to 89,963 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
