The opportunity
We are looking for a self-motivated and creative individual to support the delivery of our communication and engagement strategy within the Digital Transformation Program. This is a fantastic opportunity for a communications graduate or someone looking for a career change, eager to kickstart their careers with hands-on experience in project-based communication and engagement.

The position
As a Communications Coordinator, you will work closely with the Communications Lead – Digital & Information and the Change Team to implement effective communication and engagement strategies. Your role will include creating engaging content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring and reporting on the impact of communication plans. You will ensure that all communication efforts are aligned with our overarching strategy, the team’s vision, and ReturnToWorkSA’s digital transformation journey.

This role will be a full-time fixed term contract for 2 years. We would consider part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

About you
You are a proactive and adaptable professional with qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations, or relevant experience. You have an interest in digital technologies and trends and basic project management knowledge. Familiarity with change management principles would be beneficial. You’re enthusiastic about leveraging your skills to enhance communication effectiveness and support a major digital transformation.

The total remuneration package for this position is aligned with Job Grade 3 of ReturnToWorkSA’s current Enterprise Agreement starting from $75,045 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
